What changes have you noticed since starting Pilates?
The first change I noticed was my posture. I didn't realize it myself, but I think I was told during the trial lesson that I had a swayback. I don't remember when it started, but I noticed that my posture was gradually improving when I was standing in the kitchen or at the sink at home. I also feel like my muscles are getting stronger in a balanced way overall. My body fat percentage has also dropped significantly

What advice would you give to someone wanting to start Pilates?
The best thing about it is that it improves your happiness. It regulates your autonomic nervous system and puts you in a good mood. It tightens your body, reduces swelling, and reduces physical discomfort. I feel like I can stay younger if I keep doing it.

Do you have any Pilates-related experiences you would like to share?
Through MARY's lessons, I became interested not only in Pilates but also in anatomy, and eventually I even obtained an instructor qualification. I feel that my life has changed dramatically since I discovered Pilates, so from now on I would like to be someone who can convey the appeal of Pilates to others.
